As of July 8, 2014, all PAINWeek 2014 exhibit space is sold out! Applications are currently being accepted for the booth waitlist. As cancellations occur, waitlisted companies will be notified regarding availability. To submit your online application for the waitlist, click here.

Waitlist Policy

Exhibit booths become available due to cancellations, corporate mergers, etc. If you would like to be put on the PAINWeek 2014 exhibit booth waitlist please submit a completed exhibit contract. If you provide credit card information on the contract nothing will be billed at that time. Priority on the wait list will be based on the following factors: larger booth sizes requested, past exhibit status/sponsorship at PAINWeek, and when the application was received. Once we receive your contract, we will inform you of your place in the waitlist queue. If we contact you regarding booth availability, you have until 5:00 PM of the next business day to provide payment. If payment is not received by that time, you are automatically dropped to the bottom of the waitlist queue. No exceptions can be made. We are not responsible for carrier delays should you choose to send a check. If credit card information was provided on the contract we will use that to bill. You may withdraw your contract at any time.

The Exhibit Hall is a popular component of every PAINWeek National Conference. At PAINWeek 2013, almost 100 exhibitors were on-hand to demonstrate their latest products and/or offer information on the most advanced equipment, supplies, and services available for clinicians interested in pain management.

For seven years, attendance and exhibitor participation at PAINWeek has steadily grown. In 2013, approximately 2,000 healthcare professionals assembled to create the largest US pain conference for frontline practitioners.

Space Assignments

Space is assigned by the PAINWeek administration based on the booth size a company registers for, the number of past PAINWeek Conferences you have exhibited at, and the date of exhibit registration. We will make every attempt to accommodate special needs and compatibility.

Housing at Conference Hotel

Reservations using the PAINWeek block rate can be made starting in May. Detailed instructions will be emailed to booth contacts.

PAINWeek has been alerted to third-party companies calling PAINWeek exhibitors and posing as wholesale vendors who provide conference vendors with hotel rooms at deeply discounted rates. These companies may include names like Global Housing Services Corporation and VHS Housing Services. For your own protection, please do not make reservations through an unknown housing or travel company.

If you are or have been approached by a third-party company purporting to sell you a room at the Cosmopolitan or other hotels for the PAINWeek conference, we recommend that you do not give them your credit card. Instead, it would be greatly appreciated if you collect the name of the business and ask the caller to send you their forms. Please forward the materials to PAINWeek at info@painweek.org.

Preregistrant Mailing

All exhibitors will receive a 1-time-only preregistrant mailing list the first week of August. While we understand you may want a list sooner than this, we wait until this time to provide you the maximum number of preregistered attendees. Event organizers agree to a 1-time-use policy. Due to an increase in registration this year, please expect 1,200 names preregistered at this time. Due to our privacy policy with attendees, we do not release email addresses. We do not allow a second mailing – even for purchase.

There can be no implication in materials that any product/service is sponsored or endorsed by PAINWeek. You may use the PAINWeek® name in your materials with the registered trademark, however we do not allow the PAINWeek logo to be used. All materials must be preapproved by PAINWeek. Please submit a PDF for review for each component to exhibits@painweek.org in order to receive your list, allowing at least a 48-hour turnaround for approvals in your production schedules. We will do our best to review them as quickly as possible.

Meeting Room Request

Corporate meeting space is available on a first-come, first-served basis on the conference floors as well as in the residential towers and must be booked through PAINWeek. You must be a confirmed exhibitor in order to reserve meeting space. Please download and complete the request form here.
