Speaker Criteria and Guidelines

Criteria guidelines
  • All required sections of the submission form must be completed. Incomplete submissions will not be considered for review. We prioritize real-world, applicable content that attendees can implement in their practice.
  • "How-To" sessions should introduce new research, technologies, or strategies.
  • Content should promote interactive exchange of ideas and practical, forward-thinking solutions.
  • Presenters must have strong speaking experience and in-depth knowledge of the topic.
  • Selected speakers must meet all deadlines for materials.
  • Proposals must be free from commercial interests and disclose any financial relationships.
  • Presentations must comply with AMA PRA Category 1 Credit standards and promote patient care quality.

While subject matter relevance is critical, creativity, enhanced learner engagement, and the overall attendee experience are equally important in the review process.
